One segment of the methodology is the utilization of blockchain innovation for improving information sharing among clinical organizations.

The key to success is through Data Sharing

The Commission requests local health services to promote data sharing and collaboration between online hospitals and physical health facilities. It is said that blockchain technology must be implemented to ensure safe flow and access to patient medical data:

“Local health departments should promote the data docking between ‘internet hospitals’ and regional information platforms and medical institutions at all levels, connect online and offline service links, and provide patients with whole process continuous services covering pre-diagnosis, during diagnosis and after diagnosis.”

According to the announcement, further steps will be taken to promote the implementation of electronic certification by medical institutions, doctors and nurses.

This electronic certificate must be integrated into the government platform to improve government services, the plan said.

As previously reported by one of the Cryptocurrency sources, the Chinese community has launched its first blockchain platform to provide government services.
